Registration

Welcome to the Grande Prairie Composite High School!

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open for all New Students in Grade 9 to 12.

Required documents for High School student registration:

  • Student’s birth certificate in born in Canada. If student is foreign born, we’ll need parent and student immigration documents or student’s citizenship certificate, and foreign birth certificate if available,
  • Parent/legal guardian’s proof of address,
  • Student's most recent report card. If your previous school is in Alberta, they may tell you we’re able to see all student records on the Provincial site; however, we cannot see any of that information PRIOR to registering students, hence why we need a report card and other relevant documents uploaded. If the previous school is in another Province OR outside of Canada, please provide transcripts so we may award your student credits for the classes they have already completed and for proper class placement.
  • Any guardianship/custody documents if the person registering student is not a parent/legal guardian.

Our school is part of the Grande Prairie Public School Division and we use the division’s online registration platform.
