Post Secondary Student Awards Available at Northwestern Alberta Foundation

Northwestern Alberta Foundation in Grande Prairie is a non-profit organization that works with donors, within our region of Northwestern Alberta, to allocate their funds/donations to causes they care about.  Because of these donations, there are a number of Student Awards available to students who are moving on to post-secondary education in a number of faculties, programs, and trades. 

Students can attend any accredited post-secondary institution, they are not limited to Alberta or even Canada.  Please see the brochure if you are considering post-secondary education in the fall.  The student award portal opened on April 15th and closes on August 15th.  Upon completing the universal application, the system applies for the awards in which the student is eligible.  Some awards have a supplementary essay after the initial application.  Awards are evaluated and recipients are notified mid-September and funds are paid to their respective post-secondary.
