Please be advised that the process outlined below will be the only way to request a timetable change. If students believe they require a course change, please follow the process below:

This will be open starting on August 15, 2024. The cutoff date for grade nine requests will be September 5 at 11:59 PM. The cut-off date for gr. 10-12 will be September 11 at 11:59 PM.
When you hit submit a copy of your form request will be sent to your school email. Only one request can be submitted.
Your requests will be considered starting on August 21 in the order in which they were received. If changes can be accommodated, you will see the changes to your timetable. If changes cannot be accommodated, you will receive an email notification from your counselor. If a meeting is required, counselors will reach out to set up a meeting time.
Please do not contact the Grande Prairie Public School Division Office to inquire about timetables. Grande Prairie Composite High will be open for inquiries at 8:30 AM on August 21.
